Configuring Accounts​

As per the announcement sent on 11/16/2023, starting with the version scheduled for 12/06/2023, new channel and integration configurations will be blocked if the org is not connected to Billings.

If a user attempts to access the Channels or Integrations menu and no Billings registration exists, the screen below will be displayed.

If you click Yes, the accounts registration screen will be displayed, as shown in the screen below. The Organization ID, Project ID, and Service ID must be provided.

Screen Rules

  • The Organization ID field can only accept letters and numbers.
  • The Project ID and Service ID fields can only accept numbers.
  • Organizations with the same data provided in this registration are not allowed. An alert will be displayed in this case, preventing the accounts configuration.
  • This data is provided by Accounts.
